About the Role
The Regional Marketing Manager, EMEA role is a critical component of GitLab's marketing strategy, responsible for driving growth and engagement across the region. As a key member of the Regional Marketing team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that showcase GitLab's value to enterprise audiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing regional marketing initiatives, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with sales, product, and ecosystem teams to drive pipeline growth.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of marketers, sales professionals, and product experts to drive business outcomes and advance GitLab's mission. What You Will Do
- Manage EMEA regional marketing initiatives by creating detailed program plans and executing integrated campaigns that advance Sales and Ecosystem goals.
- Develop and run field marketing strategies across the region, using in-person and digital tactics to engage target audiences and increase pipeline growth.
- Continually test, learn, and improve programs to define best practices and evolve regional marketing as business needs change.
- Analyze performance and communicate the impact of regional marketing programs to different audiences, including local leadership and executive stakeholders, tailoring insights clearly for each group.
- Improve return on investment through disciplined planning, measurement, and management of regional marketing budgets and financial processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to execute demand generation and field marketing plans in collaboration with Sales, Product, and other Marketing teams.
- Work with external agencies and third-party partners to plan, manage, and deliver campaigns and events across EMEA.
- Help build and improve processes within the Regional Marketing organization, and travel as needed in line with company policy.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on regional marketing, demand generation, and campaign execution.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue through marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools, including Salesforce and Adjust.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in marketing, including AI, machine learning, and data science.
- Certification in marketing automation, data analytics, or a related field.
