What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies across India, aligning with the company's overall marketing objectives.
  • Take full ownership of regional marketing initiatives, creating detailed program plans and continuallyexperimenting, testing, and iterating programs to define best practices.
  • Analyze and report on the impact and performance of regional marketing initiatives to various stakeholders, including local leadership and executive-level teams.
  • Achieve high and consistent ROI from marketing programs in India through operational rigor, measurement, and budget and financial management.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and third-party vendors to prepare, manage, and execute campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, partner marketing, and other marketing teams to drive the execution of demand generation and field marketing plans.
  • Be a key member and collaborator of the APJ Marketing team, contributing to the development of regional marketing strategies and sharing best practices.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Adjust, and Excel to track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance and campaign efficacy.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the B2B tech market in India, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in the B2B tech industry with a focus on field marketing, preferably working directly with sales teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns, both third-party and owned events, with measurable ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to measure results and inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management, with the ability to build and drive a budget within the territory.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% and comply with the company's travel policy.
  • Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies across the entire Software Development Lifecycle, especially in large enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to coordinate across many teams and iterate and deliver quickly.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
