About the Role
The Regional Marketing Manager role at Figma is a critical position that will drive demand generation and lead growth across Singapore and the broader APAC region. As a key member of the International Marketing Team, you will collaborate closely with sales teams to develop and implement comprehensive regional demand generation and field marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be on up-leveling brand awareness, driving demand for growth, and delighting and retaining B2B customers across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments.The role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing mix and the ability to use digital channels to optimize and scale programmatic campaigns. You will be the face of SEA/KR marketing and an International Marketing brand ambassador, working closely with marketing team members in both International and Global teams to deliver consistent and impactful marketing results.
What You Will Do
- Set the Demand Gen/Field strategy: Build and implement demand generation and field marketing strategies and programs for KR/SEA to support overarching INTL marketing goals
- Partner with Sales: Collaborate with regional Sales partners to deliver a sales-led marketing strategy
- Global collaboration: Work closely with marketing team members to deliver consistent and impactful marketing results through the funnel and across multiple channels
- Performance Tracking and Budget: Develop and implement frameworks and processes to ensure team success
- Regional Leadership: Be the face of SEA/KR marketing and an International Marketing brand ambassador
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional demand generation and field marketing strategies
- Collaborate with sales teams to deliver a sales-led marketing strategy
- Work closely with marketing team members to deliver consistent marketing results
- Track and measure marketing programs and spend to budget
- Identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities

- Experience building and implementing full-funnel Demand Gen strategies for different segments
- Deep understanding of digital marketing mix and ability to use digital channels to optimize and scale programmatic campaigns

- Strategic problem solver who plans ahead of the curve and anticipates potential roadblocks
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- Fluency in English and ability to work in a global team

- Fluency in Korean
- Experience working in the APAC region

- Certification in marketing or a related field
