## About the Role As a Regional Marketing Manager at Figma, you will be the first marketing hire in Latin America, leading the charge in driving business growth and brand awareness in the region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive demand generation and field marketing strategies, working closely with the sales team to deliver a sales-led marketing approach. Your expertise in programmatic marketing will be crucial in driving lead generation and revenue growth.
The role is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and requires fluency in both Portuguese and Spanish. You will be part of the International Marketing Team and will partner closely with various teams, including Sales, Demand Generation, Events, and Design and Developer Advocate teams.

## What You Will Do - Develop and implement comprehensive regional demand generation and field marketing strategies to drive lead generation and revenue growth - Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a sales-led marketing approach, including net-new and existing customer expansion - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leadership, sales enablement, and sales consulting teams - Create a bottoms-up field marketing strategy that supports the overarching international marketing goals - Drive the LATAM digital and content marketing strategy, working with the international and global marketing teams to regionalize global content and programs - Develop and implement frameworks and processes to ensure team success, including tracking and measurement of all marketing programs and spend to budget - Hire and oversee a full-time marketing contractor and source/liaise with agency support as required - Partner with the design and developer advocate teams to connect marketing initiatives and tactics to the wider vision and mission of the business - Develop a partnership with the sales team to deliver a sales-led marketing strategy, including net-new and existing customer expansion - Track and measure the success of marketing programs, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results
## What We Are Looking For - 8+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience across multiple countries in Latin America, specifically in Brazil and Mexico - Experience building and driving full-funnel demand generation strategies for different segments (SMB, MM, Ent/Strat) - Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing mix and experience using digital channels to optimize and scale programmatic campaigns - A data-driven yet creative mind, with the ability to bring innovative ideas to life - Fluency in both Portuguese and Spanish - Experience working with sales teams to deliver a sales-led marketing approach - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to hire and oversee a team - Experience working with agency partners and vendors to support marketing efforts
