About the Role
The Regional Marketing Manager - West will play a pivotal role in ClickHouse's mission to transform how companies use data. This position entails designing and executing integrated field events that support both immediate and long-term business objectives for ClickHouse. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales management, product marketing, field sales, and developer advocacy. As a key member of the marketing team, this role requires a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and the ability to drive pipeline generation through field marketing efforts.The day-to-day activities of this role will center around high-quality execution of events, identifying event trends for ClickHouse's enterprise audience, and running campaign analysis to continuously optimize the field strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving brand awareness and consideration through events and field marketing tactics.

What You Will Do
- Collaborate closely with sales management, product marketing, field sales, and developer advocacy to design and execute integrated field events
- Translate demand generation strategies into impactful events and experiences
- Work with external partners and third-party organizations to co-host events, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives
- Manage the entire event lifecycle, including contracts, planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive event campaigns, covering audience segmentation, promotional tactics, and follow-up strategies
- Track and analyze the performance of field marketing campaigns and events, using data insights to refine strategies and deliver measurable results
- Maintain a detailed event calendar and actively identify new event opportunities that align with ClickHouse's marketing goals and priorities
- Coordinate all event logistics, ensuring the smooth delivery of materials, booth properties, graphics, promotional items, and equipment throughout transportation and setup
- Provide internal teams with clear guidance on event responsibilities and task assignments, ensuring alignment with company goals and effective collaboration across departments
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or regional marketing within the B2B SaaS space
- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and increasing brand awareness through field marketing efforts
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in organizing and executing events at both small and large scales
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs
- Experience working with Adjust and Excel, or similar tools
- Ability to travel >50% of the time, with a focus on the Western United States
Nice to Have
- Experience in database or data analytics industries
- Knowledge of real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI workloads
- Familiarity with ClickHouse's products and services
- Certification in event marketing or a related field
