About the Role

The Regional Sales Director for the Central Region will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's presence in the surgical market. This senior leadership position will oversee a team of sales professionals, providing strategic guidance and support to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with key customers. What You Will Do

  • 8+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on surgical sales
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong ability to drive growth and expansion in a key region
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of the surgical market, including the competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends
  • Strong digital skills, including proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and other technologies
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with a strong willingness to adapt to changing sales environments and customer needs
