About the Role
The Regional Sales Director EMEA will play a critical role in driving the sales of Anti Fraud and CyberSecurity Solutions to new logos across various industries in the DACH region, focusing on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role will involve working closely with key channel distributors and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of CyberSecurity and Anti Fraud solutions and be comfortable working from a targeted list of potential enterprise customers in DACH.As a Regional Sales Director, you will be an expert in selling Anti Fraud and CyberSecurity solutions, adept at managing the sales cycle, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be reporting into the VP of EMEA Sales, who is located in the UK, and will be working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
The DACH region is a critical market for SpyCloud, and the Regional Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands the company's presence in the region.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the DACH region
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with key channel distributors and enterprise customers
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working closely with the sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise customers
- Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in the DACH region
- Travel throughout the DACH region to meet with customers and channel distributors
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of CyberSecurity and Anti Fraud solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the cybersecurity space
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales enablement materials and campaigns
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to help drive revenue growth
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or software industry
- Thorough understanding of CyberSecurity and Anti Fraud solutions
- Experience working with key channel distributors and enterprise customers
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Experience working in the DACH region, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture
- Fluency in German, with English proficiency
