About the Role
As a Regional Sales Director at Infoverity, you will be responsible for driving net-new services revenue and pipeline growth for the company's Marketing Technology Solutions portfolio. This is a pure sales role that requires a strong track record of building services pipeline, closing complex MarTech and data-driven deals, and engaging confidently with executive stakeholders. You will work closely with the marketing, alliances, and solution leadership teams to identify, develop, and close opportunities across new and existing accounts.The ideal candidate is a quota-carrying seller with a deep understanding of the MarTech ecosystem and a proven ability to navigate complex sales landscapes. You will be expected to develop and execute business development initiatives, including driving attendance and engagement at local, regional, and partner-sponsored events. Your expertise in marketing technology solutions, including Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, and Salesforce, will be essential in driving growth and expansion in the MarTech ecosystem.

What You Will Do
- Generate new services opportunities and qualified pipeline through greenfield prospecting, existing account expansion, partner relationships, trade shows, industry events, and other professional networks
- Collaborate on prospect discovery sessions, proposal development, estimate preparation, and RFP responses with support from the Infoverity MarTech team
- Coordinate and execute business development initiatives, including driving attendance and engagement at local, regional, and partner-sponsored events
- Represent Infoverity at industry conferences, events, and partner-related activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients and partners
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for MarTech and Data Management services expansion
- Serve as a subject matter expert supporting broader Infoverity initiatives, including active client engagements and industry-specific messaging refinement
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and expand existing relationships
- Conduct regular sales pipeline updates and forecasting
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and messaging
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 10 years of experience selling, implementing, and/or managing marketing technology and customer data management solutions
- Demonstrated direct sales experience, including driving opportunity development, contributing to revenue growth, and consistently meeting or exceeding quota expectations
- Proven consulting experience leading client engagements and delivering successful marketing technology and data management solutions
- Demonstrated success managing executive-level client and partner relationships, executing go-to-market strategies, and scaling high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of the MarTech ecosystem and the ability to navigate complex sales landscapes
- Experience with marketing technology solutions, including Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, and Salesforce
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with Customer Data Platforms, such as Treasure Data CDP, Salesforce Data 360, or Adobe Real-Time CDP
- Experience with Data Platforms, including Databricks, Snowflake, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or Salesforce Platform
- Knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms and Email Service Providers, such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Content Management Systems, including Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or WordPress
