About the Role
As a regional sales engineer at CrowdStrike, you will play a critical role in driving the company's mission to stop breaches and protect organizations from cyber threats. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, building relationships with key customers, and providing technical expertise to drive business growth.The regional sales engineer role is pivotal in changing the security market and customer perceptions of what is possible with next-generation endpoint technology. You will be part of a team that is passionate about innovation, experimentation, and responsible AI adoption. Your expertise in endpoint or network security will be invaluable in articulating complex security problems to diverse audiences and developing solutions that meet their needs.
In this fast-paced environment, you will work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, support, and engineering. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively and present to various external audiences, including C-level executives, will be essential to your success.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Provide technical expertise to the sales team and customers
- Articulate complex security problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and deliver presentations to external audiences, including C-level executives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- Utilize AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows
- Travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Experience in endpoint or network security space, including AV, EDR, incident response, and forensics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Polish languages
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to drive business outcomes
Nice to Have
- Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
- Experience with programming or scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash
- Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies
- Understanding of the OSI model
- Certifications, such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS
