About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager role at Johnson & Johnson MedTech is a key leadership position in the company's Ethicon Endo Surgery franchise. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in the region. This will involve building relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding customer needs, and identifying opportunities to expand the company's product offerings.

The role is based in the Greater Lucknow Area and reports to the Senior General Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in the MedTech sector and a proven track record of success.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the region
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other key decision-makers
  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to expand the company's product offerings
  • Lead and direct a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Analyze sales reports and data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth
  • Develop and execute plans to expand the company's product offerings and increase market share
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Collaborate with other sales leaders to share best practices and drive business growth

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the MedTech sector
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the needs of healthcare professionals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive revenue growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances
