About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager role at Cribl is a highly sought-after position that requires a unique blend of sales acumen, technical knowledge, and interpersonal skills. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the entire sales ecosystem, from generating leads to closing deals. Your day-to-day activities will include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.The role is based in Montreal, Canada, and requires a strong understanding of the local market and industry trends. You will be working closely with a talented team of sales professionals, as well as cross-functional teams, to drive revenue growth and expand Cribl's customer base.
As a Regional Sales Manager at Cribl, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of customers, from small startups to large enterprises, and help them understand the value of Cribl's innovative AI platform. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and expand Cribl's customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including IT and security teams, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them aggressively
- Manage and maintain the sales ecosystem, including generating leads, closing deals, and forecasting sales performance
- Articulate Cribl's value proposition and execute on proven sales processes
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to help drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to drive revenue growth and expand Cribl's customer base
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the local market and industry trends
- Identify and pursue new sales channels and opportunities
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the tech industry
- Proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to articulate a clear value proposition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience working with IT and security teams, and understanding of their needs and challenges
- Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, including CRM and sales automation platforms
