What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Manage and maintain the sales ecosystem, including lead generation, account management, and sales forecasting
- Articulate the value proposition of Cribl's products and services to customers and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and ongoing support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Work closely with the sales leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
- Analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies and improve performance
- Develop and deliver sales reports and presentations to stakeholders and customers
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in strategic sales, preferably in the tech industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales principles, including account management, sales forecasting, and lead generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics
- Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of the tech industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Experience with sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems and sales automation platforms
