About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager role at Open Farm is a critical component of the company's growth strategy, responsible for executing national account priorities and driving sales performance across assigned regions. As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with the Director, National Accounts, and Territory Sales Managers to ensure successful launches, manage merchandising elements, and strengthen district and store-level relationships.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships and digital expertise. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing budgets, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across assigned regions
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with district and store-level personnel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions
- Conduct regular business reviews with national account partners to ensure alignment and growth
- Develop and manage budgets to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Provide training and support to Territory Sales Managers to ensure sales excellence
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of sales management experience in the CPG or pet food industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and digital expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and inform business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with national account partners and managing large-scale sales initiatives
- Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and think critically, with a strong focus on results-driven sales performance
- Experience with sales management software and data analysis tools

- Experience working in a remote or distributed sales team environment
- Familiarity with digital sales platforms and e-commerce sales strategies
- Certification in sales management or a related field
