About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager - Public Sector role at CrowdStrike is a critical position that requires a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with public sector clients in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling enterprise security software solutions to a range of public sector organizations, including government agencies and institutions. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Germany.

As a key member of the sales team, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. This will involve building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their security needs, and mapping CrowdStrike's solutions to their requirements.

The Regional Sales Manager will also work closely with internal stakeholders, including account managers, customer success teams, and sales engineering teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience and to drive revenue growth.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the public sector
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in public sector organizations and understand their security needs
  • Map CrowdStrike's solutions to customer requirements and develop tailored sales pitches
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience and to drive revenue growth
  • Provide accurate forecasting and regular quarterly revenue delivery
  • Implement agreed account and business plans to drive growth and expansion
  • Promote CrowdStrike's products and maximize brand recognition and mindshare
  • Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders for product, systems, and process improvement
  • Timely documentation of customer contact and activity data within CRM/Marketing software
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the public sector market and trends

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the cybersecurity or technology sector, with a focus on public sector sales
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the ability to map them to customer requirements
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with key decision-makers
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders, including account managers, customer success teams, and sales engineering teams
  • Strong knowledge of the public sector market and trends
  • Fluency in German and English

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with AI-native platforms and large-scale distributed systems
  • Knowledge of flexible and scalable licensing models, such as Falcon Flex
  • Experience working with CRM/Marketing software and timely documentation of customer contact and activity data
  • Certification in sales or a related field
