About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager at Crowdstrike, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling enterprise security software solutions to new customers. This is a field sales position that requires a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will be working closely with a team of sales professionals, account managers, and customer success managers to identify new business opportunities and close deals.

The role of a Regional Sales Manager is critical to Crowdstrike's success, as it requires a unique blend of sales, technical, and business acumen skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business plan for each account, identifying core customer requirements, and mapping the benefits of Crowdstrike's solutions to customer business requirements.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy, which requires strong self-motivation, discipline, and time management skills. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, as well as having a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and identify core customer requirements
  • Map the benefits of Crowdstrike's solutions to customer business requirements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding, accelerated adoption of products, expansion, and eventual transition of accounts
  • Document customer contact and activity data within CRM/Marketing software
  • Provide accurate forecasting and regular quarterly revenue delivery
  • Implement agreed account and business plans
  • Promote Crowdstrike's products, maximize brand recognition and mindshare at all levels
  • Publicize success stories and provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

  • Expert-level experience in sales, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of a customer's decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives
  • Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills
  • Complete, “big-picture” understanding of the business and technical contexts of key account opportunities
  • Driven, self-starter who exudes leadership on account set and compels others to get on board
  • Fully adept at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with internal and external customers
  • Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions

Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales force automation and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of software business value concepts and the company's products
