You will be working in a dynamic environment, with a mix of remote, hybrid, and location-specific roles. Occasional travel to meetings, visits, or 1-1 sessions will be required.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement digital learning solutions to support learners in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality programs
  • Provide support and guidance to learners, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their potential
  • Work closely with the Quality and Customer Engagement teams to ensure that programs are delivered to a high standard
  • Participate in meetings and 1-1 sessions to discuss progress, provide feedback, and set goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve programs and services
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and services, helping to drive business growth and expansion
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for change
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including learners, colleagues, and partners
