What You Will Do
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care through telehealth services
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based practices to address mental health and substance abuse issues
- Collaborate with clients to establish and work towards achievable goals
- Maintain accurate, timely records of client interactions and progress
- Participate in regular supervision sessions to ensure best practices and continuous improvement
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends in mental health care
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We Are Looking For
- Master's level degree in social work or a related field
- Licensure as a registered clinical social work intern
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred
- Experience working with diverse populations, including those with mental health and substance abuse issues
- Strong knowledge of treatment planning, assessment, and intervention strategies
- Familiarity with telehealth software and video communication tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a community health setting or with Medicaid/Medicare populations
