You will work closely with the research team to improve model behavior and participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions.

## What You Will Do - Design realistic regulatory scenarios, such as AML/SAR preparation and OFAC screening - Write high-quality reference responses at an attorney-level - Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics - Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior - Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions - Conduct internal compliance investigations - Draft compliance training programs - Familiarize yourself with regulatory portals, such as FDA and federalregister.gov - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory laws and regulations
## What We Are Looking For - 1-4 years of professional experience in regulatory or compliance law - Hold a J.D. (U.S./Canada) or LL.B./LL.M. (U.K.) from an accredited law school - Licensed to practice law in the U.S., Canada, or U.K. (active or inactive) - Strong experience with AML/BSA, OFAC sanctions screening, FCPA/anti-corruption, or healthcare regulatory - Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team - Familiarity with Excel and other productivity tools
## Nice to Have - CIPP, CFE, CAMS, or similar certification - Internal compliance investigation experience - Experience drafting compliance training programs - Familiarity with regulatory portals, such as FDA and federalregister.gov
