What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow partnerships and revenue in the Northeast region
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs
- Provide training and support to partners on Palmetto's products and services
- Negotiate and close contracts with new partners and customers
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports to track performance and inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity, making recommendations for strategic adjustments as needed
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a relationship management or business development role, preferably in the clean energy or technology sector
- Strong understanding of the clean energy industry, including solar power, energy storage systems, and home efficiency technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
