About the Role

The Remote Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) role at Finni Health is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Michigan-based families. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting assessments, creating and implementing behavior plans, and monitoring progress. What You Will Do

  • Provide telehealth support to Michigan-based families, focusing on after-school programs
  • Conduct assessments to identify areas of need and develop personalized plans
  • Create and implement behavior plans tailored to each family's requirements
  • Monitor and report on progress, making adjustments as necessary
  • Collaborate with the BCBA supervisor to ensure alignment with best practices
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and best practices
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in behavior analysis and telehealth

What We Are Looking For

  • BCaBA Certification
  • MI LABA License
  • 1 year of clinical experience in behavior analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and practices
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with families and children
  • Knowledge ofMichigan-specific healthcare regulations and standards
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems
  • Certification in CPR/First Aid
