Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will focus on providing high-impact, after-school telehealth support, utilizing your skills in behavior analysis to drive positive outcomes.The role entails working closely with families to understand their needs and developing personalized plans to support their growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting assessments, creating and implementing behavior plans, and monitoring progress. What You Will Do
- Provide telehealth support to Michigan-based families, focusing on after-school programs
- Conduct assessments to identify areas of need and develop personalized plans
- Create and implement behavior plans tailored to each family's requirements
- Monitor and report on progress, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with the BCBA supervisor to ensure alignment with best practices
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and best practices
- Stay updated on the latest developments in behavior analysis and telehealth
What We Are Looking For
- BCaBA Certification
- MI LABA License
- 1 year of clinical experience in behavior analysis
- Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and practices
- Experience with telehealth platforms and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with families and children
- Knowledge ofMichigan-specific healthcare regulations and standards
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Certification in CPR/First Aid
