## About the Role We're seeking a Call Center Agent to join our team at Jerry, a fast-growing fintech startup. You will be responsible for supporting our existing customers with enthusiasm and care, helping them make changes to their current insurance policies.
## Responsibilities - Respond to inbound calls from existing customers - Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents - Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies
## Requirements - 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment - Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities - Passion for helping others
