About the Role
As a Remote Care Coordinator at Bond Vet, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking care for their pets. You will be responsible for providing high-touch customer service, answering a high volume of incoming calls and emails, and ensuring seamless interactions between clients, pets, and the veterinary team. You will be working closely with virtual nurses, clinic team members, and other care coordinators to deliver an exceptional client experience.The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent active listening skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be utilizing multiple programs and platforms, including Zendesk, Vetspire, Slack, and Google, to document client interactions, communicate with team members, and manage administrative tasks.

What You Will Do
- Provide top-notch client experience while answering a high volume of incoming calls from existing and prospective clients
- Review and respond to a high volume of emails focused on sending and receiving medical records
- Triage and route calls to virtual nurses or clinic team members as needed
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as clinic reschedules
- Utilize multiple programs and platforms to document client interactions
- Communicate with virtual nurses and clinic team members using Slack and Google platforms
- Manage and prioritize a significant volume of emails on a daily basis
- Handle a dynamic and fast-paced work environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Meet and exceed call and email performance goals
What We Are Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment, preferably in the health industry
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize a significant volume of emails on a daily basis
- Proficiency in call routing and effective communication with team members
- Experience with administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and rescheduling
- Familiarity with using customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Zendesk and Vetspire
- Comfortable using communication platforms like Slack and Google to liaise with remote team members and clinic staff
- Excellent active listening skills to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently
- Ability to handle a dynamic and fast-paced work environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to meet and exceed call and email performance goals
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in the veterinary industry
- Familiarity with Google platforms and tools
- Experience with time management and prioritization in a remote work environment
- Certification in customer service or a related field
