## About the Role As a Remote Clinical Psychologist at Prosper Health, you will be part of a mission-driven team committed to delivering specialized mental health services to autistic and neurodivergent adults. Your primary focus will be conducting comprehensive autism assessments via telehealth, providing actionable feedback to clients, and developing personalized post-assessment plans. ## What You Will Do - Conduct comprehensive autism assessments for adults via telehealth platforms - Deliver clear, actionable feedback to clients following evaluations - Develop personalized post-assessment plans to support clients' needs - Write comprehensive clinical reports that document findings and recommendations - Participate in case consultations and clinical collaborative opportunities - Focus on direct client care, leveraging the company's administrative support for non-clinical tasks - Engage in regular case conference discussions to share insights and best practices - Utilize purpose-built technology for effective telehealth assessments and report writing - Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve shared goals and objectives - Participate in structured onboarding and professional development programs - Contribute to the development of a neurodiversity-affirming community of clinicians

## What We Are Looking For - Doctoral degree (Ph.D/Psy.D) from an APA-accredited program - Current state licensure as a Licensed Psychologist with no disciplinary actions - Strong clinical judgment and clinical interview skills - Proficiency in remote communication and technology - Self-directed and able to work independently - Ability to support an underserved population of autistic adults - Strong desire to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment - Experience with adult diagnostic evaluations (preferred but not required) - PSYPACT licensure or eligibility (a plus) - Background working with neurodivergent populations (desirable)

## Nice to Have - Experience with telehealth platforms and remote clinical assessments - Knowledge of adult autism assessment best practices and recent research - Participation in professional development opportunities related to autism and neurodiversity - Familiarity with Project ECHO format for case conferences - Certification in autism assessment or a related field
