About the Role

Foundever, a leading company in the business process outsourcing industry, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support users of medical devices and related services. What You Will Do

  • Fluency in Czech and Slovak (C1-C2) and a communicative level of English (B1)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service, healthcare support, or technical assistance
  • Ability to work from home and manage your time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with colleagues from different countries
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and ability to learn new software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
