What You Will Do
- Connect with patients on the Medsien platform to educate them about the benefits of remote care management
- Build rapport quickly and communicate program benefits with clarity and empathy

- Guide patients step-by-step through the enrollment process with patience and professionalism

- Utilize Excel to track and analyze patient data and enrollment metrics
