About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Conduct thorough reviews of patient cases to determine the best course of treatment
  • Analyze medical data and make informed decisions about patient care
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive high-quality care

What We Are Looking For

  • Active PRC and USRN License
  • At least 2 years of bedside experience in a clinical setting
  • At least 2 years of experience in triage phone handling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including night and graveyard shifts
  • Ability to work on holidays and weekends as needed
  • Good knowledge of the healthcare or medical domain
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Nice to Have

  • Experience in ER, OR, Medical Surgical, UR, UM, Triage, ICU, or Hemodialysis
  • Certification in a relevant specialty, such as critical care or pediatrics
  • Experience with electronic medical records systems
