What You Will Do
- Teach live classes on American professional culture, job search strategies, and career development
- Coach students throughout their learning process, providing support and feedback
- Foster the development of a strong personal brand and effective communication skills in the American workplace
- Update educational materials and resources to ensure they are aligned with current labor market trends
- Provide guidance on resume creation, interview preparation, and job search strategies
- Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement curriculum
- Participate in regular meetings with program managers to discuss student progress and program goals
- Develop and implement assessments to evaluate student learning
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources and career development

- Proven experience in human resources and career guidance in the United States
- Knowledge of the U.S. labor market and professional practices
- Ability to teach job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation
- Previous experience in teaching or professional training
- Clear and effective communication in Spanish
