About the Role
The Remote Licensed Clinician role at Success Brand is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to men's mental health and well-being. As a licensed clinician, you will be responsible for facilitating personalized support for clients, fostering their growth, and enhancing their resilience through practical strategies and collaborative goal-setting. You will work closely with the Site Manager and Clinical Supervisor to track and analyze client outcomes, contributing to continuous improvement.The role combines direct client engagement with administrative and team-based collaboration, creating a holistic impact in the field of mental health support. Success Brand Counseling & Coaching is seeking passionate licensed clinicians dedicated to uplifting and empowering men, with a special focus on culturally relevant approaches for African American communities. The company believes that every client is unique and deserving of an individualized approach to therapy.
What You Will Do
- Establish rapport with clients to build a therapeutic alliance
- Conduct thorough reviews of client demographic information and intake forms
- Administer and review assessments for completion of diagnosis and treatment plans
- Develop diagnosis and treatment plans to ensure efficacy of client care
- Facilitate individual or group sessions to identify client needs, establish personalized goals, and monitor progress
- Utilize practical techniques to equip clients with tools for managing emotions, overcoming challenges, and enhancing overall well-being
- Assess client progress regularly, celebrating milestones and adapting strategies as necessary
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential session records using SOAP and Group Note templates
- Collaborate with the Site Manager and Clinical Supervisor to track and analyze client outcomes
What We Are Looking For
- Must possess any of the following licenses: LCSW, LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or an Associate License with experience
- Hold a valid license in the state of Georgia
- Have obtained a Master's Degree in one of the behavioral or social sciences that is primarily psychological in nature
- Maintain current malpractice insurance
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibit exceptional proficiency in managing electronic clinical or medical records (ECR/EMR)
- Have experience working with diverse client bases, particularly African American communities
Nice to Have
- Experience with Excel and EMR systems
- Knowledge of culturally relevant approaches to therapy
- Familiarity with group therapy sessions
- Certification in mental health coaching or a related field
