What You Will Do

• Book travel arrangements and manage all logistical aspects of the trip
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Stay up-to-date on travel trends, packages, and promotions to offer clients the most current and appealing options
• Manage multiple bookings simultaneously, maintaining organized records and communications
• Collaborate with the travel team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback
• Participate in training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of the travel industry
• Utilize Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis as required
