About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Assist with operational activities, including scheduling and project management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, fostering strong relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for all projects and clients, using tools like Google Workspace.
  • Assist with HR and recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining employee files.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Work independently and remotely with minimal supervision, using initiative to solve problems.
  • Participate in content creation activities, such as writing, editing, and publishing articles, blog posts, and social media content, to contribute to the company's online presence.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with the team to achieve organizational goals, providing support where needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar operational role, preferably in an EdTech or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, to maintain accurate records and files.
  • Experience with project management and process improvement, with the ability to analyze and solve problems.

  • MBA preferred, but not required, for candidates looking to advance their careers.
