About the Role
The Remote Overnight General Radiologist position at Radiology Partners Cascade-Spokane is a unique opportunity for board-eligible or certified radiologists to work remotely and utilize their digital skills in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a key member of the radiology team, you will be responsible for interpreting imaging results and providing high-quality patient care.The role entails working overnight shifts, typically between 10pm and 8am, to provide 24/7 coverage for patients. You will be working closely with a team of radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Your reporting structure will include regular check-ins with the radiology team lead and participation in quality improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do
- Interpret imaging results, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, to provide accurate diagnoses
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Utilize electronic health records and imaging software to document patient information and results
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with other radiologists and healthcare professionals to share knowledge and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiology and digital health
- Provide overnight coverage for patients, including emergency situations
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in general radiology
What We Are Looking For
- Board eligibility or certification by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
- Licensure or ability to obtain a Washington state license
- CAQ/CAQ eligibility
- Strong foundation in digital skills, including electronic health records and imaging software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
