About the Role
The Credit Pros is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Inside Sales Agent to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth through pre-qualified leads. You will utilize cutting-edge software tools to connect with potential customers and pitch credit repair solutions tailored to their needs.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, preferably in the credit sector, and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will be working remotely, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to build rapport with clients and drive sales growth.

What You Will Do
- Proven experience of inside/inbound phone sales in the United States credit sector, including but not limited to credit cards, repair, history, score, and reporting
- Pitching and closing credit repair solutions based on the profiles and credit scenario of customers
- Following a step-by-step guide to promote TCP's credit repair products and rebutting client's concerns
- Going above and beyond to not only meet quotas and KPIs but exceeding in performance
- Utilize TCP's tech tools suite (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) in day-to-day operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve sales strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve team goals
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high client satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in customer services in B2C focused financial and banking services industry
- Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, line of credit, personal loans
- Customer-first orientation and being empathetic to their needs
- Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented mindset
- Hunger to learn and equip self with TCP's technological suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM software
- Familiarity with the credit repair industry and its regulations
- Certification in sales or a related field
