About the Role

As a remote recruiter at Yokly, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. This involves utilizing various channels such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Indeed to find the best candidates for the job. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and maintaining accurate records of recruitment efforts. What You Will Do

  • Source candidates through multiple platforms including LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Indeed
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for roles
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Utilize ATS platforms to manage candidate records and track recruitment progress
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with the hiring team to understand job requirements and preferences
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent communication and relationship-building skills to candidates and internal stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in recruitment or a related field is a plus
