About the Role

The Remote Registered Respiratory Therapist role at BreatheSuite is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a virtual setting. As a key member of the virtual care team, you will be responsible for conducting telehealth visits, developing care plans, and providing ongoing respiratory therapy to patients with chronic lung conditions. What You Will Do

  • Conduct telehealth visits to assess patients and develop care plans
  • Provide ongoing respiratory therapy to patients with chronic lung conditions
  • Educate patients on inhaler techniques, airway clearance strategies, and self-management techniques
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation using BreatheSuite's EMR and Care Team Dashboard
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in respiratory therapy and pulmonary rehabilitation
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

What We Are Looking For

  • Active RRT license in Colorado, Arizona, Utah, and/or Ohio
  • Experience working in respiratory therapy, preferably in a virtual care setting
  • Strong digital skills, including experience with telehealth platforms and EMR systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Experience with patient education and coaching
  • Knowledge of chronic disease management and pulmonary rehabilitation

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with patients with chronic lung conditions
