About the Role

The Senior Technical Account Manager role at Maania Consultancy Services is a pivotal position that combines technical expertise with customer-facing acumen. As a seasoned technical professional, you will be responsible for guiding the adoption of Kubernetes and DevSecOps solutions within a variety of environments, including federal, DoD, and regulated spaces. This role requires a deep understanding of production-level Kubernetes deployments and the ability to lead technical conversations that drive platform adoption.

Day-to-day, you will work closely with both engineering and customer teams to identify and address technical requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of the solutions. Your experience in navigating complex technical landscapes, coupled with your ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, will be invaluable in this capacity.

Given the nature of Maania's client base, experience working within federal, DoD, or regulated environments is highly advantageous. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and eligible for security clearance, as the role may involve sensitive information and projects.

What You Will Do

  • Lead technical discussions and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Kubernetes and DevSecOps solutions to potential and existing clients.
  • Design and implement tailored solutions for clients, taking into account their specific needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to develop and refine platform offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Manage and own customer relationships, serving as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and guides for both internal and external use.
  • Conduct workshops, webinars, and other educational events to promote the adoption of Kubernetes and DevSecOps practices among clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and related technologies, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support the development of sales strategies.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

What We Are Looking For

  • Customer-facing technical experience in roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to implement security into all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and their integration with Kubernetes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
