The role of a Remote Sales Representative at Whitecollars involves driving business growth through B2B sales of group benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans. This is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of the sales process, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex digital tools. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing your pipeline, conducting needs analysis, and presenting quotes to potential clients.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role are varied and challenging. You will spend your time reaching out to business owners and HR managers, analyzing the needs of potential clients, and using your knowledge of group benefits to provide tailored solutions. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform your sales strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
As a sales representative at Whitecollars, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team. You will have access to a range of tools and resources, including a CRM and auto dialer, to help you manage your pipeline and stay organized. You will also receive regular training and support to help you develop your skills and achieve your goals.
What You Will Do
- Reach out to business owners and HR managers to identify potential sales opportunities
- Conduct needs analysis to understand the requirements of potential clients
- Present quotes and proposals to potential clients
- Use a CRM and auto dialer to manage your pipeline and stay organized
- Close new group accounts and build lifetime residual income
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Collaborate with the sales team to share knowledge and best practices
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Participate in regular training and development sessions
