About the Role

What You Will Do
- Manage and reconcile client accounts using QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other accounting software platforms.

- Collaborate with team members and clients to address accounting-related inquiries and issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other similar accounting software platforms.
- Previous experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in client-facing roles.
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- CPA certification is a plus and would be considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
