About the Role

The Remote ServiceNow Architect role at WaveStrong is a contract opportunity for a certified master architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. As a subject matter expert, you will advise on the strategic use of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the company's digital transformation forward.

Day-to-day, you will work with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on the Privacy Case Management module. What You Will Do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in advising on the strategic use of ServiceNow
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on the Privacy Case Management module
  • Provide guidance on ServiceNow proposals and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation forward
  • Develop and maintain documentation of ServiceNow solutions and processes
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and certification standards
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on ServiceNow solutions and best practices
  • Participate in agile methodologies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features

What We Are Looking For

  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certification
  • 7+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow Solution Design
  • Strong background in ServiceNow proposals and projects
  • Experience with Enterprise Service Management Solutions
  • ITIL certification and best practices experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow implementations following agile methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
