About the Role
As a SharePoint Architect at Softchoice, you will play a key role in designing and delivering SharePoint solutions for clients across various industries. Your expertise will help organizations transform their digital workplaces, improving collaboration, productivity, and decision-making. What You Will Do
- Design and deliver SharePoint solutions that meet client requirements and timelines
- Serve as the technical authority on SharePoint projects, including upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security enhancements, administration, policy development, and user training
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendor representatives on SharePoint installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Mentor and develop junior team members on technical skills and soft skills
- Function as a technical expert, advising on and implementing complex solution and service deployments for clients
- Stay up-to-date with new trends and technological updates in SharePoint and related technologies
- Continuously fine-tune delivery, adoption, and problem-solving skills
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Participate in trade shows, events, and speaking engagements as a subject matter expert

- Computer Science or Information Technology degree or diploma, or equivalent industry experience
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- 10+ years of work experience in a client-facing professional services role
- At least 3 years of experience in an Architect role
- Proven track record of delivering complex SharePoint solutions

- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Certification in SharePoint or related technologies
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills
