About the Role

The Renewals team at Asana plays a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth. As a Renewal Manager, you will oversee client renewals, negotiate contracts, and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contract renewals using commercial judgment
  • Identify customer needs and demonstrate strong account management capabilities
  • Engage decision-makers to identify customer requirements and budget
  • Develop and deliver win-win negotiation strategies
  • Maintain and report an accurate rolling 150-day forecast
