About the Role
Gitlab is seeking a Renewals Manager to own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a defined portfolio of customers. The successful candidate will protect and grow recurring revenue while ensuring a smooth experience at every contract touchpoint.Responsibilities
- Engage customers ahead of renewal to lead pricing and commercial discussions
- Negotiate complex agreements and proactively address risk
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Product to forecast outcomes, reduce churn, and uncover expansion opportunities
Requirements
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Adjust, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of DevSecOps platforms and AI-driven productivity tools
- Experience working with global teams and customers
