About the Role

The Renewals Manager at Docker is a critical position that involves managing the renewal process for a portfolio of customers across EMEA. This role requires a deep understanding of Docker's products and services, as well as the ability to articulate their value to customers. As a key member of the sales team, the Renewals Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved. Docker is a globally distributed, remote-first team that is passionate about building tools that define how software gets built and delivered. The company's suite of products, including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout, are trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals
  • Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Negotiate and close renewal contracts, working closely with the sales team
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulating the value of Docker's products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved
  • Review and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Participate in sales forecasting and pipeline management

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Experience working with Mid Market and Enterprise level accounts
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
  • Second European or Middle Eastern language preferred but not required
