About the Role
The Renewals Manager will own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a defined portfolio of GitLab customers. This includes protecting and growing recurring revenue, ensuring a smooth experience at every contract touchpoint, and engaging customers ahead of renewal. The role involves leading pricing and commercial discussions, negotiating complex agreements, and proactively addressing risk.Responsibilities
