What You Will Do

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness equipment, wine coolers, and similar products
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Read and comprehend manufacturer's manuals and instructions used in repairing equipment
• Utilize your own transportation to and from the site of repair, ensuring that you have the necessary hand and power tools
• Build products to manufacturer specifications, demonstrating your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Comply with insurance, vehicle registrations, and DOT/MC numbers as required
• Perform background and drug screens, as well as MVR checks, as part of the hiring process
• Maintain accurate records of your work, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest products, technologies, and repair techniques, continuously improving your skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with other technicians and teams as needed, sharing expertise and best practices

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in repair and maintenance of fitness equipment, wine coolers, or similar products
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and other software applications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to work independently as a contractor, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
• Reliable transportation and necessary tools, including hand and power tools
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, with a focus on safety and ergonomics
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science
• EIN (federal tax ID) and compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
