## What You Will Do - Design, develop, and maintain complex reports to meet the evolving needs of the business - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and develop solutions - Work with large data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions - Develop and implement data visualizations to present complex data in an understandable format - Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and reporting - Provide training and support to users on reporting tools and best practices - Continuously assess and improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness - Develop and maintain documentation of reporting processes and procedures - Participate in project planning and execution as it relates to reporting and data analysis
## What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role - Strong understanding of data structures and databases - Proficiency in reporting tools and technologies such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders - Experience with data visualization and presentation - Familiarity with agile project management methodologies - Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Statistics
