About the Role

As a Reporting QC Specialist at Enthalpy Analytical, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of test reports and data analysis. This position is part of the Stack Testing Services division, where you will work closely with project managers, field technicians, and other reporting staff to deliver high-quality results. Your attention to detail and technical skills will be essential in verifying spreadsheet results, performing QA/QC checks, and preparing technical documents.

What You Will Do

  • Calculate test results using spreadsheets and handwritten forms
  • Perform QA/QC checks on field, laboratory, and calibration data
  • Prepare technical documents such as test protocols and test reports
  • Collaborate with project managers, field technicians, and other reporting staff to ensure data quality and timely delivery of test reports
  • Write and assemble documents using templates, style guides, and SOPs
  • Perform technical editorial review of draft and final documents
  • Identify and investigate anomalies in data and escalate issues as necessary
  • Prepare ERT without an ERT test plan or reference document
  • Perform clerical work as needed
  • Maintain a professional and safe work environment

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform QA/QC checks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of regional tests and regulations
  • Familiarity with commonly used methods, performance specifications, and regulations
  • Ability to cite tolerances for reference methods and applicable standards
  • Experience with technical writing and document preparation
