SOS Children's Villages International is undergoing a significant transformation, shifting towards a globally distributed team operating across multiple locations and legal entities. As a result, the organization requires a robust and compliant payroll solution that can function effectively across diverse legal and administrative environments. The selected provider will play a critical role in supporting the organization's payroll service delivery across a globally distributed workforce.The ideal candidate will have experience in managing global payroll operations, ensuring compliance with applicable labor, tax, and data protection requirements. They will be responsible for providing a future-fit global payroll solution and related payroll administration services, reducing fragmentation in the current payroll landscape, and strengthening statutory compliance and audit readiness.

What You Will Do
- Provide a global payroll solution and related payroll administration services
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor, tax, and data protection requirements
- Reduce fragmentation in the current payroll landscape
- Strengthen statutory compliance and audit readiness
- Improve visibility and reporting across payroll operations
- Support the organization's payroll service delivery across a globally distributed workforce
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and operation of the payroll solution
- Provide transition and implementation support
- Ensure secure data exchange or possible integration with relevant SOS Children's Villages systems
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in managing global payroll operations
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in multiple countries
- Familiarity with payroll processing and administration software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and project management skills
