The role entails working closely with research and product teams to define, measure, and improve capabilities across the training stack. You will think deeply about current bottlenecks in model behavior, translating insights into robust evaluations, training data, reward signals, and model improvements. The Personal AGI team is responsible for training models to deploy to millions of users globally via ChatGPT, the API, and future products.
