## What You Will Do - Drive the production of system cards from start to finish, owning the timeline, contributor list, and definition of done for each launch.
- Coordinate with dozens of contributors across various teams, including Alignment, Safeguards, Frontier Red Team, and capabilities research, to gather content and ensure consistency.
- Edit and write content to maintain clarity, accuracy, and Anthropic's voice across all sections of the system card.
- Work directly with researchers to translate technical results and notes into clear, scientific prose that is accessible to a broad audience.
- Manage and resolve differences in perspective among contributors, seeking ground truth and ensuring that the final document is cohesive and accurate.
- Conduct final document beautification to ensure the system card is not only informative but also visually appealing and easy to navigate.
- Guard the accuracy and consistency of the system card, catching any discrepancies, terminology drift, or claims that contradict each other.
- Keep the system card aligned with other external safety artifacts, such as risk reports and Responsible Scaling Policy updates, to ensure a coherent public safety story.
- Track and analyze feedback from various stakeholders, including researchers, policymakers, and the public, to continuously improve the quality and impact of system cards.
- Excellent technical writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, and policymakers.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, and familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a natural science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and version control systems like Git.
