## What You Will Do - Conduct research on video trends and emerging creators in the Tamil-speaking market - Provide editorial services for clients, including content creation and editing - Analyze data and identify insights that inform content strategies - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Tamil media landscape - Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement content plans - Create high-quality content that engages audiences and meets client goals - Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the Tamil media industry - Provide cultural and linguistic expertise to support content development - Participate in brainstorms and ideation sessions to develop new content ideas - Edit and proofread content to ensure high-quality output

## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., journalism, communications, linguistics) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil - Deep familiarity with the cultural and political climates in India and Tamil Nadu - Proficiency in Excel and other research tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities - Knowledge of the Tamil media industry and current trends
